Welcome to Aria Counseling, Assessment & Mediation Centers, P.L.L.C.

We are a private, out-patient mental health clinic with locations in Fridley and Uptown. Our primary location, Fridley, is conveniently located just north of 694 in the Paco Office Center. Our Uptown location is just off of Hennepin Avenue with easy parking available.

Our staff of therapists offers a variety of therapeutic approaches and is licensed by several Boards in Minnesota, including the Minnesota Board of Psychology, The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy, and the Minnesota Board of Marriage & Family Therapy. We have Board-approved supervisors on staff who work with professionals entering the field seeking clinical supervision as well as staff highly experienced and knowledgeable with psychological assessment and evaluation aspects of the field.

We seek to provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for individuals, couples and families to explore and heal from life events, family systems and dysfunctional situations that have caused psychological and emotional harm, trauma or difficulties for them. Our therapists are trained in a number of therapeutic modalities, but at the core of each of their approaches is a humanistic, client-centered focus. What this means for clients is that our therapists are interested in each person as a whole individual, someone who has strengths and successes as well as challenges they are facing. Our therapists attend to present difficulties while helping clients understand the causes and origins of those difficulties. Our goal is for each person who receives services from our clinic to feel respected, understood, acknowledged and better equipped to face the difficulties and pain life can present.
